Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Buri Ram province is vertically divided purple / light saffron with the provincial seal in the center. It can be seen on the provincial website, where it is shown with saffron cravats

The seal of the province shows a dancing deity in front of Phanom Rung Prasat Hin Phanom Rung, a Khmer temple complex set on the rim of an extinct volcano at 1,320 feet (400 m) above sea level.
