Presentation of Senčur

The municipality of Senčur was formed in 1995. The language assimilation process resulted in change of "Sent+jur" to "Senčur" (St. George).

Municipal flag of Senčur

The flag and arms of Senčur are prescribed by Decision Odlok o simbolih in občinskem prazniku Občine Senčur, adopted on 23 January 1996, and published in the official local gazette Uradni vestnik Gorenjske, 5/1996.

The flag prescribed for horizontal hoisting is in proportions 1:2, diagonally divided yellow-blue with the municipal coat of arms in the middle.
The vertical flag is prescribed in proportions 1:3.
The yellow border around the coat of arms is prescribed only when the coat of arms is used on a flag.
