Shield Azure with base wavy of Argent and Vert, issuant from base a sailing boat Or rigged Argent, flanked in chief by two corn cobs Or leaved Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "VILA CHÃ - VILA DO CONDE".
