Shield Or with base wavy of Vert and Argent, a corn cob Vert at dexter, a dexter demi-wheel Gules at sinister and an open book Argent bound Azure in central chief. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "BUNHEIRO - MURTOSA"

Bunheiro Commune is one of the four communes of the Murtosa municipality (q.v.); it had 2682 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 24.6 km².
