Shield Gules, an eradicated medlar tree Or fruited Vert, flanked by a cogwheel Argent at dexter and an inkpot Argent with pen Or at sinister. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "NESPEREIRA - GUIMARÃES".
Meaning:
The medlar tree (Port.: nespereira) is a canting element.
