It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain yellow field.

Coat of arms

Shield Gules with base wavy of Argent and Azure and Vert, issuant from base a sailing boat Or garnished Sable and rigged Argent, in base a pair of keys - one Argent and the other Or - crossed per saltire between two paly billets Azure fimbriated Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "PARDILHÓ - ESTARREJA".
Meaning:
The keys are an attribute of St. Peter, the local patron saint.

Pardilhó Commune is one of the five communes of the Estarreja municipality (q.v.); it had 4176 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 15.7 km².
