Shield Argent, two diamonds, the dexter one Azure and the sinister one Gules, in base a disc Sable, flamed Or and Gules; chief Azure, charged with Papal keys - the bendy one Or and the sinister one Argent, crossed per saltire and tied Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PARAÍSO - CASTELO DE PAIVA".
Meaning:
The keys are attributes of St. Peter, the local patron saint.
