From https://www.mastenenvlaggen.nl/product/dorpsvlag-baak:

The flag of the village of Baak (or Boak) was put into use in its current form sometime before 2013.

The Baak flag is green and features the village coat of arms with the village name underneath. The village coat of arms dates back to 1819 and is traced back to the family coat of arms of the Van Baack family. The coat of arms consists of a white shield with a red stripe that stands on a white (original green) plateau. The bearers are two golden brown rampant lions. At the top the coat of arms is finished with a knight's helmet, a crown, a dog's head and red-white plumes.
