The Flag

Jelgava County (Jelgavas Novads) is choosing its symbols: http://www.jelgavasnovads.lv/lv/aktualitates_1/994.html.

Now the process is finished. Jelgava municipality flag adopted by Decision of regional Council Nr 13 26. oct. 2011. The flag consists of 2 equal stripes: white and golden ("balta" and "zelta" in latvian lang.), the coat of arms placed in the centre. The coat of arms height = 3/5 of flag-height.
At the different photos of real flags the shade of the lower stripe looks like dark yellow or yellow-grey or, simetimes, pink-yellow...  I used CMYK 0-9-50-24 recommended by Decision Nr 13 for golden parts of the official municipality logo.
