Here is the flag of the Commander of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, alternatively known as the Chief of Defence. The Order of the Cross of Vytis' ribbon stripes, defaced at the centre with the Chief of Defence emblem in full colours.

From Album 2000 [pay00] - Commander-in-Chief Armed Forces (1:2) - White flag with the national tricolour in the canton and three six-pointed stars set in a rising diagonal in the fly half. The stars are six-pointed segmented with black lines and with white border fimbriated with red.

Brigade Commander

From Album 2000 [pay00] - Brigade Commander (1:5) - Pennat consisting of the national flag at hoist and tapering swallow-tailed white part at fly, contining two red stars (of the same shape as in the previous flags) next to each other.
Note by the picture refers to Balton markings, which are, I guess, used insead of the national markings when appropriate.

Division Commander

From Album 2000 [pay00] - Division Commander (1:5) - Same as previous, but with single star. It may be noted that "division" here is not the division in the meaning of "western" terminology consisting of several brigades, but the "eastern" division - naval unit of size less then a brigade. Similar in many other Central and Eastern European countries.
