Prime Minister Flag

According to [pay00] - Prime Minister (1:2) - Light blue flag with thin white inner border with outline squares in corners and with the prime-minister's emblem on a white disk in the middle flanked with white letters PM, one on each side.
[smi82] showes this flag with dark blue field (sam as blue on governor's flag), and indicates it as 1:2~. My guess is that at the time the flag details were not yet fully confirmed, and that only latter the vex-community "discovered" the lighter blue field, and not that we should conclude that the flag was changed at some point.

As can be seen in a photo, the Prime Minister's Flag is clearly of a darker shade and the lines are thicker than the above image.

According to [pay00] - Detail - Showing the emblem (achievement) as used in the Prime-Minister's flag. The shield of the Jamaican coat of arms surrounded with four national flags and topped with a red ribbon inscribed with black "PRIME / MINISTER / JAMAICA". Apart from the Album and [smi82] (showing it even smaller) I have no other source for the emblem.
