Overview

The municipal flag of Albaredo per San Marco at <www.waltellina.com>: Horizontally divided white over red, the municipal arms in the centre (the red lower field neatly coinciding with the red stripe) and the municipal name placed above the shield in small, serifed black letters.
See also the description on the Communi Italiani website.
The text describes the upper parts of the shield as silver, the (visually) left one showing the “Cippo Passo S. Marco” and the (visually) right one a shepherd’s hut and fir tree: these images rendered in black; the lower half is red (surely not “purple”) with the [Venetian] yellow lion of St Mark, the book silver.
The flag is described, simply, as having white and red for colours.
Completely coloured rendering of the arms, possibly unofficial or al least not currently used: at <www.ngw.nl>.
This "Cippo" is a stone monument on the San Marco Pass (see at <www.vaol.it>).

There is a PDF file concerning the gonfalon and the municipal flag:
Art. 3.4 mentions the gonfalon which may be displayed during "ceremonies and other public occasions".
Art. 3.5 describes the flag as "bearing the colours red and white.
The municipal flag is displayed every time the flags of the Italian Republic and the European Union are used."
