The flag of the city of Mtskheta is red with a white cross patty cantonned by four smaller white crosses patty.
The flag is not related to the coat of arms, "Quartered by a Cross of St. Nino argent, 1. Gules a robe argent, 2. Gules a pairle argent in chief a crown or, 3.
