Description of the flag

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tafunsak (where I just uploaded a larger version of this image), "Tafunsak (formerly transliterated as Tahfuhnsahk) is the largest settlement on the island of Kosrae in the Federated States of Micronesia. Its population was 2,128 at the 2000 census."

The medium-blue flag has a UN-style wreath enclosing a coastal scene, with a beach, an elevation in the background, a palm tree, a beached outrigger canoe, a sailboat offshore and a airplane above. Four blue stars form an inverted arc below.

Flag seen by FIAV President Mr. Michel Lupant who visited the island in Aug 2009 after ICV23.
