The municipality of Moreruela de los Infanzones (399 inhabitants in 2009; 3,126 ha) is located in the center of Zamora Province, 20 km from Zamora.

Symbols of Moreruala de los Infanzones

The flag of Moreruela de los Infanzones is prescribed by a Decree adopted on 12 July 2001 (arms) and 16 October 2001 (flag) by the Municipal Council, signed on 5 November 2001 by the Mayor, and published on 16 November 2001 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 223, p. 16,758 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, made of three vertical stripes with proportions 1:4, 1:2 and 1:4, the outer stripes yellow and the central stripe red with three yellow infant's crowns placed 2 + 1.
Coat of arms: Per fess, 1a. Or three spikes vert, 1b. Vert three infant's crowns or 2 + 1, 2. Gules two keys argent per saltire. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
