Description

Green flag with three horizontal wavy stripes occupying the central third of the flag. The middle stripe, representing the Ebro river, is wider than the other two, representing the ear of rice and the tower in the municipal arms.

The official description says "the scallop is an attribute of St. James" but there is no scallop either on the arms or on the flag, the arms showing a tower. The ear of rice represents the municipality's main activity. Flag adopted 14th February 1990. Source for image and text: Fluvià 2001.
