It is a white flag with a black cotized Scandinavian cross. In the canton is a coat of arms showing a three towered red castle, two towers embattled while the central tower has a blue roof. A blue man is opening the blue gate. The shield is topped by a red mural crown made. In the lower fly are black serifed capital letters "RRC".

In the centre of the field is a red-edged shield with a red man-trap (term according to German heraldry, a man-trap consists of a number one connected with its reflected image, is here taken from the coat of arms of the city of Rüsselsheim) and two red 5-point-stars. The canton is a horizontal red over white over red triband. The white stripe has three black capital letters "RRK".
As far as I know RRK was one of the best German rugby clubs, but Germany is not really a Rugby nation.
