It is a red-yellow-red horizontal triband with ratio of stripes approx. 3:7:3. The coat of arms is in the middle of the yellow stripe.

SG Uchte Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale with base fimbriated Gules shaped like a triplemount, at dexter Or a bear's paw Sable armed Gules, at sinister Gules a horsehead Argent, in base Vert four wheat ears stemmed in fan.
Meaning:
In base every ear is representing one of the four members of the comprehensive municipality. The other quarters are representing the market towns, the bear's paw stands for Uchte, the horsehead for Diepenau.

Municipalities without proper Flag

According to 2 of their Hauptsatzungen the membering entities have no proper flags. There are: Diepenau market town (version 19 September 2016), Uchte market town (version 15 September 2016), Raddestorf (version 18 September 2016) and Warmsen (version 7 September 2016).
