It is a black-yellow-green vertical tricolour with coat of arms shifted to the top.

The shield is parted per fess embattled demi-urdy (that is a line with its pinnacles/embattlements urdy). In a green field is a golden eradicated linden tree. The shield has a golden chief charged with a black wolf passant, armed and tongued red.
