The ratio is 3:5. It is a white over red horizontal bicolour. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.

Uhldingen-Mühlhofen Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is divided per gyronny of six alternating red and silver (= white). The red gyrons display a silver (= white) rose with six petals each. The silver gyrons are divided by three blue barulets wavy each.
Meaning:
On 1 January 1972 Mühlhofen, Oberuhldingen and Unteruhldingen merged forming the current municipality. Each red gyron is representing one of the former municipalities. The silver gyrons are alluding to the location on the shores of the Bodensee (Lake Constance).
