The shield is blue, divided by a silver bend sinister, charged with a blue flax plant, above right a silver Latin cross; beneath left a silver watermill's wheel.
Meaning:
The plant is stressing the importance of flax for the local production of linen. The wheel is reminding on three former watermills in this municipality. Finally the cross is symbolizing the faith of the local people and the existence of several wayside crosses in the municipality.
