The flag of Prague 4, an administrative division of Prague in the Czech Republic, is incorrectly depicted here as green-blue-white. The correct order of the stripes is blue-green-white as you can see here on the official website of Prague 4 or, on an image from the old town hall.

As a point of interest that was also the historical flag of the Town of Nusle, circa 1898. Nusle is located two kilometers south of the Prague City Center in the Nusle Valley on the Botic. Nusle became a district of Prague in 1922, but had been granted municipal status in 1898. Today, part of historic Nusle is in Prague 4 while the balance is in Prague 2.

Old flag ?

One  year ago the Mayor Mrs. Miroslava Studenovska took the Arms and Flag of City Borough Praha 4 Decreed  in the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament  from its Chairman Mr. Vaclav Klaus. Till that time the fourth Borough used the historical Coat of Arms of Nusle. ... For almost a year flies next to the entrance to the Town Hall the green - blue - white flag, the official Flag of our City Borough. The Council of Praha 4 has its seat in Nusle. The Historical Nusle Flag was horizontally of three equal stripes blue - green - white.
