Overview

There is a blue flag charged with yellow winged bird and three rings which is a flag of Ethnic Minorities in China Traditional Athletic Games held in Sep 1999.
The image was drawn based on the photo of Chinese Encyclopedia available in Tokyo. Chinese government recognize 55 ethnic minorities not 52 and it seems the Games is held regularly. Of course Chinese government never accept sub-national flag nor ethnic flag such as Tibet, Inner Mongolia and East Turkestan but in the minorites ethnic games it seems 55 flags appeared to show ID. Each emblem introduced this time to FOTW could be important motif for the flags. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_minorities_in_China
