Description of the Flag

Brownsville is a census-designated place in Miami-Dade County. Their flag is a buttermilk field with the community's logo in the center. The flag and the logo seems to have been created in 2012 going off this poster on the Facebook page of Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida, announcing its launch. https://www.facebook.com/photo

The logo consists of a sun shining over a neighborhood scene. The scene shows a green metro train besides a orange condominium building, and a row of three blue houses. It also features the interesting slogan of "It's better in Brownsville".
